How does it work?

At Service Points we work with Dropship Levels. Your dropship Level is determined by the total number of orders you have made via Service Points. Also, every first of the month, the number of orders you have made per day on average is taken into account. These two together then determine your Dropship Level.

You can always benefit from all the advantages within your achieved Dropship Level. In the SP platform by your name you can see which level is currently applicable.

Be sure to take advantage of this and let your account manager know all your wishes so that he/she can get to work on them!

You will find both at the top right under your name if you are logged in to the platform and have the homepage in front of you. In addition, you will receive a message from your account manager every first of the month if your dropship level has changed.
